We're seeking motivated individuals to assist with mounting and inspecting metal parts throughout the anodizing process. $20/hr. Hours: 1st shift: Monday

2:30 pm 2nd shift: Monday

10:30 pm Benefits of the metal racker: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Medical, Dental Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 401(k)/ROTH with company match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Employee referral program Shift differential Free underground parking Duties of the metal racker: Rack and secure metal parts for the anodizing process Unrack and inspect finished parts for quality Read and follow purchase orders, shop routers, and blueprints Handle and sort materials accurately and safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of racking area Operate basic shop equipment (e.g., deburring wheel) Document job information and maintain production records Requirements of the metal racker: Able to lift 50+ lbs and work at a fast pace Previous experience in manufacturing or metal finishing is preferred Comfortable working around chemicals and following safety protocols Basic understanding of anodizing or willingness to learn Attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions Strong attendance and reliability
