Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Skid Builder to join their dedicated team. As a Skid Builder, you will be an integral part of the operations department supporting the production and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within this organization.
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Range: $18-$19
Shift: 1st shift
What's the Job?
Construct and assemble skids according to specifications and safety standards
Operate hand and power tools efficiently to ensure quality workmanship
Inspect completed skids for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve processes
What's Needed?
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
