Essential Job Functions

The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on assembly and testing of mechanical and electronic components in a manufacturing environment. Key duties include the use of hand tools and crimping tools for wire harness assembly and functional testing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting, with strong computer proficiency. This role requires the ability to read and interpret schematics, CAD drawings, and technical documentation, as well as the physical capability to safely lift and handle equipment weighing over 75 pounds. This is a full-time position, with some requiring more than 40 hours per week to support production demands.
Skills/Experience Required

Solid understanding of electrical circuits and mechanical systems Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose basic mechanical issues and implement effective corrective actions Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineers, operators, and fellow technicians Computer literacy, including the ability to use standard software tools and follow digital work instructions
