Location: 1 Corn Rd. Dayton, NJ 08810
Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday - Friday, 10 pm - 6 am
Overtime: frequent overtime up to 4 hours daily
The opportunity:
Primary job duties will include but not limited to safely perform a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing areas, production, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Essential Job Functions:
Operate production system computer
Operate/Adjust machine controls and computer
Visually inspect finished product; advise team leader as needed for adjustments to improve/maintain quality
Remove damaged/defective sheets from finished goods
Lift/Carry pallets, corrugated sheets, and production supplies, up to 80 lbs.
Maintain production logbook
Execute machine clean up procedures as required.
Execute weekly machine start-up procedures as required.
Report machine problems to team leader, as needed
Communicate effectively with team members in a very noisy work environment
Operate wireless two-way radio set to communicate with team members
Read and follow written and verbal job order instructions
Think and act quickly in a fast-paced production environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)
Must have 1 - 3 years' related experience.
Must have the ability to write and read simple instructions.
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Must have basic computer skills.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

The starting rate is $24.17 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 5 days of paid vacation will be granted after 1 year of service, and 12 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
