Machine Operator
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay Range: $18 - $22 depending on experience and shift
Shift: Both AM & PM Shifts are Available!! including 8 hr., 10 hr., & 12-hour shifts
What's the Job?
Operate assigned machinery such as sheeters, shrink tunnel or printing presses to ensure smooth production flow
Perform basic adjustments to machinery to meet quality standards and production deadlines
Conduct quality inspections and report any defective materials or issues
Assist with machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal operation
Handle packaging, labeling, roll opening, splicing, and roll tending duties as needed
What's Needed?
Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly sheeters or printing presses preferred
Ability to read and interpret job tickets and internal/external documentation
Familiarity with ERP systems such as EPICOR or similar software
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
Willingness to perform general maintenance and assist with machine setup and troubleshooting
