Machine Operator
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work well with others, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Stephenville, TX
Pay Range: $16.43
Shift: Days (04:00am-12:00pm)
What's the Job?
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes
Load, unload, and feed materials into dies and presses
Make minor adjustments to machinery to maintain quality standards
Accurately complete time sheets and production reports
Identify parts by catalog number and inspect for quality and defects
What's Needed?
Ability to read, write, and speak English and use simple math
Good communication and interpersonal skills (work well with others)
Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity desirable
Ability to lift and maneuver loads of 25 lbs. or more without assistance
Ability to work overtime and change shifts with minimum notice
