In this unique setting, daily interactions with a diverse clientele, including hospital staff, physicians, and visitors, are expected.
Job Summary:
The Receptionist of the Wellness Center is responsible for greeting members, managing check-ins and checkouts. This role is also responsible for managing the front desk in a competent, professional, and enthusiastic manner. This includes answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handing membership registrations/payments.
Wellness Center Receptionist Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience as a receptionist, preferred.
Experience at a wellness center a Plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment.
Must be flexible and have the ability to work with others and deal with diversity.
Must handle confidential information with integrity
Must be able to meet required deadlines, due dates and handle multiple tasks.
Must be willing to work flexible hours.
