Customer Service Rep
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our O'Fallon, United States location! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately
Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards
Processing cash and credit card transactions
Providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assisting with various cleaning tasks as needed
Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Previous customer service experience preferred
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
