Veterinary Assistant Position
Adobe Animal Hospital is looking for veterinary assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will support veterinarians and veterinary technicians in providing high-quality care to animals, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and delivering excellent customer service to pet owners.
Bilingual (Spanish) speakers encouraged to apply!
Salary: $12
16 per hour
Schedule: Full-time opportunities available. Monday
Friday, 7:30 am
6 pm, Saturday 7:30 am
12 pm. Closed on Sunday and major holidays.
Location: 3140 Trawood Dr, El Paso, TX 79936

Who You Are
1 + years of veterinary clinical experience
Knowledge of basic industry tools and equipment
Able to lift and handle large dogs (Over 50lbs)
Experience with proper animal handling and restraint of cats and dogs
Solid understanding of animal behavior and healthcare
Help in the exam rooms alongside the veterinarian
Work closely with other team members to assist in daily hospital duties (bloodwork, x-rays, animal monitoring, vaccines, exams, surgery, etc.)
Positive team player
Able to multitask effectively and efficiently
General housekeeping
Stocking supplies and counting inventory
