Production Specialist
Superior Fence & Rail, the largest fence company in the country, is seeking a Full-Time Production Specialist to join our team.

Pay & Schedule
$22$25 per hour (based on experience)
MondayFriday | 7:00 AM
3:00 PM
Occasional overtime as needed
Full-time, year-round work
What You'll Be Doing
Pick and process fence orders accurately and efficiently
Operate a CNC router to fabricate vinyl fencing
Perform light carpentry and fence repair
Load outgoing materials and verify order accuracy
Move, organize, label, and store materials in the yard/shop
Operate a forklift (training/certification provided if needed)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Meet company safety, productivity, and quality standards
Assist with additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Willingness to pass a drug screening
Experience in construction, fencing, carpentry, framing, or shop work preferred
Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused
Positive attitude and strong time-management skills
