Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, both new and returning. In many ways, you'll be the voice of our business! This role is all about providing exceptional support to our customer pack.
You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, all aimed at providing the best customer experience possible. This includes but is not limited to:
Assisting customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS/Text.
Taking orders, answering questions, and helping customers with their needs.
Engaging with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
Managing customer inquiries through platforms like Amazon, Stamped.io, and other third-party applications.
Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics.

Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent, with some related experience preferred.
Language Skills: Able to read, write, and communicate clearly.
Math Skills: Basic math skills to handle customer orders and inquiries.

Computer Skills: Comfortable with database and internet software, as well as word processing tools.
Other Skills: Strong multitasking abilities.
Physical Demands: This role involves sitting for long periods, using your hands, and communicating frequently. You might occasionally need to lift items up to 10 pounds, and less frequently, items up to 25 pounds.
