Machine Operator
Location: Geneva, IL
Pay: $22.27 + incentive pay
Shifts Available:
2nd: 2:00PM/3:00PM - 10:30PM/11:30PM
3rd: 10:00PM/11:00PM
6:00AM/7:30AM

Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production machines
Perform quality checks and make minor equipment adjustments
Assist with preventive maintenance and maintain a clean work area
Keep accurate production records and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
1+ year manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for long periods
Comfortable working in hot environments
Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills
Flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed
Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, respirator)
