Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities
Conduct final inspections on serviced and reconditioned vehicles
Confirm all repairs listed on the repair order have been completed
Perform visual inspections of safety components and workmanship
Check fluid levels, tire pressure, and warning indicators
Test drive vehicles when necessary to verify repair quality
Confirm no warning lights or diagnostic codes remain active
Ensure vehicles are clean and fully ready for customer delivery
Communicate any issues or discrepancies with technicians and service advisors
Help reduce service comebacks by identifying missed or incomplete work
Maintain accurate and organized inspection documentation
Qualifications
Automotive or mechanical experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license required
Compensation
$18
$24 per hour based on experience
Full-time position
Eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws
Performance-driven environment with opportunity for growth
Schedule
Full-time position
5-day work week
