A warm and welcoming Naperville family is seeking a nurturing, reliable, and developmentally focused full-time nanny to care for their two children, ages 1 and 3. About the Role
This position is perfect for a nanny who:
Is warm, patient, and genuinely enjoys early childhood development
Has strong knowledge of toddler and preschool milestones
Is comfortable supporting potty training
Can plan engaging, age-appropriate activities for two young children
Feels confident supervising swimming and is a strong swimmer
Brings a Montessori or Early Childhood Education background (a plus, not required)
The family values a nanny who can create structure while keeping the day fun, active, and enriching.
Schedule & Flexibility
MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:30 PM
Guaranteed hours each week
Occasional weekend support appreciated (advance notice provided)
Responsibilities
Child-Focused Care
Engaged, attentive care for children ages 1 and 3
Planning enriching activities for both age groups
Supporting developmental milestones and preschool readiness
Potty training support
Transporting children to and from activities and preschool (beginning Fall 2026)
Confident supervision during swimming activities
Household Support (Child-Related + Light Family Support)
Tidy and maintain children's spaces
Clean up the kitchen after children's meals
Family laundry
Meal prep for children and occasional family dinner prep (chopping vegetables, prepping proteins
no full cooking required)
Qualifications
Clean and safe driving record
Willing to use personal vehicle for work-related driving (mileage reimbursed)
Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
Proof of current Flu and Tdap vaccinations
Prior experience with toddlers and preschool-aged children
