The Nanny Joynt is thrilled to partner with these amazing parents and their two fun daughters in Scottsdale. They are seeking a part‑time, warm, and highly professional nanny with recent infant care experience to care for their infant daughter and occasionally support them with their preschool‑aged child.

About the Family Children:

Baby girl, who is 4 months old! She is just starting to settle into routines, and the family is eager to support her development with a nurturing, experienced caregiver.

Girl, age 3, is in full‑time preschool but may be home for school holidays, sick days, or early dismissals.

Parents

Mom works from home and is seeking a nanny who can confidently take the lead with the baby while allowing her to focus on work.

Dad works outside the home and may be home on occasion.

The family has one small cockapoo who is friendly and low‑maintenance. Pet care will be required, letting in and out, and feeding/watering as needed.

Position Details Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm; 25 hours each week

Flexibility to come early or stay later if needed.

Primary care will be for their infant

Must have the ability to care for their older child as needed during school closures, sick days, or holidays is essential

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Rate:$28–$32/hour DOE

Guaranteed Hours 25

W2 Position

Paid Sick Days, Holidays, and Vacation

Travel Required Occasionally, optional. Family may need overnight care or travel care with planning. Overnights: Optional and occasional, based on mutual agreement

Responsibilities Childcare Duties:

Full infant care: feeding, diapering, naps

Following the feeding and nap schedules that are in place

Developmental play, outdoor walks

Engage in age‑appropriate play, support early milestones, and track progress

Care for preschooler during school breaks or sick days with confidence and comfort

Household Support:

Children’s laundry, washing, folding, putting away

Bottle washing, nursery tidying, and organization

Light housekeeping related to children (dishes, kitchen clean‑up, sweeping, toy rotation)

Taking out the trash when needed

Loading and unloading the dishwasher

Making sure all child areas are clean and tidy at the end of each day

Occasional pet support (letting the dog out, water, food, taking on walks if you don’t mind)

Family has housekeeper every other week for deep cleaning

The Ideal Candidate

Professional career nanny with 3+ years of infant experience and strong recent references

Warm, reliable, punctual, and emotionally grounded

Respectful of boundaries and clients who may be in the home at times

Comfortable working alongside a WFH parent and giving them space to work

Proactive in managing tasks and communicating needs or observations

Flexible to care for both children on occasion and support a smooth home routine

Not easily distracted, present and focused while on duty

No cell phones or screens around the children
