Travel Physical Therapist Assistant

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required. Client specifically requests strong PT or PTA experience in SNF.
Experience with EMR NetHealth is preferred.
Ability to work a guaranteed 35 hours per week as required by the client.

Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility within a senior living community that also offers personal care and memory care.
Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
