Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Front Office team- a receptionist who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!

Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions and solving problems to deliver a luxury-level experience

Strong personal presentation with effective leadership and interpersonal skills
What would you bring to the table?
2+ years of hospitality supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment with at least 1 year in Front Desk + Overnight Auditing
Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera preferred)
Bilingual- English and Spanish- preferred
Ability to stand/move behind the desk and around the hotel for the entire shift
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
What would my job responsibilities be?
Manage Front Desk operations and team members, ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience from arrival through departure
Oversee labor and expenses, prioritizing exceptional service while maintaining budgetary guidelines
Serve as a confident problem solver, delivering the highest level of hospitality; accommodate special requests when possible, resolve guest concerns, and assist with all service inquiries
Utilize multiple computer systems to process check-ins and check-outs, run daily reports, and select and block rooms for upcoming arrivals
Lead the training and development of Front Desk Agents, including procedures for check-in/check-out, cash handling, night audit functions, and guest interaction with a focus on conflict resolution
Create staff schedules and manage payroll for the Front Office team
Train and motivate staff to upsell, leading incentive programs to drive revenue
Provide support throughout the Rooms Division as operational needs arise
