A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others
Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
What would you bring to the table?
1+ years of service industry experience and Housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
Passion for cleanliness and organization
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and move around public areas for the entire shift
Ability to lift/pull up to 30 lbs.
What would your job responsibilities be?
Clean all resort public areas within the main lodge of the resort and back of house employee area
Use your genuine and authentic personality to make a positive impression on guests while public area s
Approach every guest and employee interaction as a confident problem solver, delivering the highest level of hospitality and accommodating special requests whenever possible
Uphold meticulous attention to detail and Four Seasons quality standards, understanding the impact a spotless area has on the guest experience
Adapt quickly to changes and multitask effectively, assisting with guest requests and operational needs
