Seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper that has experience managing multiple accounts, QuickBooks or RentManager, and is very detail oriented.

Advanced Bookkeeper Details:
Direct hire position
$55,000.00 to $60,000.00 / annually
First shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Process invoices and manage expense tracking.
Handle credit and deposits.
Support and maintain banking relationships.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process payroll and tax filings.
Provide administrative and accounting support to management.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and contractors, to ensure timely resolution of property-related matters.
Utilize property management and accounting software.
Advanced Bookkeeper Qualifications:
1015 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or full accounting roles.
Strong experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks; familiarity with property management software (Rent Manager, Yardi, OneSite, or similar) preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial data handling.
