Wood Shop Worker

Location: State College, PA
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly pay with overtime available

1st Shift: Monday

Thursday | 5:00 AM

3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday

Thursday | 3:00 PM

1:30 AM
Key Responsibilities

Operate basic woodworking hand and power tools safely and efficiently (training provided)
Load, unload, stack, and move wood materials throughout the production process
Perform sanding, drilling, assembly, and finishing preparation tasks
Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and workmanship standards are met
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and all safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications

Ability to work in a physical, hands-on production environment
Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality standards
Ability to lift, move, and handle wood materials throughout the shift
Reliability and strong attendance
Previous woodworking or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of State College, PA.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
