We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas
Operate coffee equipment and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Stay informed about coffee trends and menu offerings
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Compensation and Benefits:
The rate for this position is $9.63/hour. This is a tip-eligible position.
