Required Skills

Peraton is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to research, design, and implement advanced data analytics solutions to meet mission‑critical objectives. The role requires an innovative mindset to optimize intelligence operations by gathering requirements, developing actionable algorithms, and providing enterprise-level analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement algorithms for pattern recognition, OPSEC automation, and intelligence data analysis.
Develop visualization tools and reports to enable mission owners to extract actionable insights.
Build APIs and pipelines to operationalize algorithms within enterprise systems.
Collaborate with teams to align requirements and milestones with broader development efforts.
Conduct advanced analytics using Apache, Hadoop, SAS, and Tableau.
Develop machine learning algorithms for pattern detection and opportunity identification on operational data.
Present key findings through data visualization platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, Grafana, or Kibana.
