What You'll Do
Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
Develop legal strategies and work closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes
Appear in court and represent clients in hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple California offices on strategy, resources, and case support
Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and results
What They're Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license in good standing
2+ years of civil litigation experience or related litigation background
Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
Ability to independently manage files while working effectively within a team environment
Motivated professional seeking growth within a respected statewide firm
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $110,000 – $165,000+, depending on experience
Quarterly bonus opportunities tied to billable collections and performance
