Ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for someone who’s dependable, takes initiative, and is excited to grow into a leadership role. You don’t need years of leadership or custodial experience; we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
In this role, you’ll help guide a small team while working alongside them to keep our schools clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and the community each day.
What You’ll Do
Support and guide a team of custodians to meet daily cleaning goals
Help organize and adjust tasks based on building needs
Check work for quality and attention to detail
Learn to train and support team members
Communicate with supervisors and staff to keep things running smoothly
Help secure the building at the end of each shift
What We’re Looking For
Someone ready to step into a leadership role and grow
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude
Good attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Any cleaning or leadership experience is a plus but not required
