CNC Brake Operator
As a CNC Brake Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brakes to form metal parts that meet exact specifications. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, accuracy, and producing top-quality work from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications
Verify dimensions and quality using measuring tools
Make adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation
Work closely with the production team to meet schedules and quality goals
What We're Looking For
Experience operating CNC press brakes (Amada, Trumpf, or similar a plus)
Strong blueprint reading and math skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Bonus Points If You Have
Programming or setup experience
Sheet metal fabrication background
Experience with tight tolerances and high-mix/low-volume work
