Associate Allocation Planner
The Associate Allocation Planner will play a key role in supporting allocation execution, analyzing business performance, and ensuring accurate and timely flow of inventory across various distribution centers and store locations for an assigned product or channel category. Supporting optimum inventory levels to maximize sales and margins to drive overall productivity and profitability.
What you'll get to do:
Allocate merchandise based on strategies and performance at the class, size, and price levels, aligned with business trends and merchandising direction
Create and analyze weekly reporting on business performance, inventory health and capacity down to the location level, focusing on key metrics such as sales, sell-through (ST%), margin, and inventory productivity
Partner with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Planning, Retail Field Team, Retail Operations, Logistics, and Visual) to ensure alignment of product strategies and inventory needs
Communicate weekly risks and exceptions at the style, store, or size level, and support development of mitigation strategies
Monitor inventory levels and store capacity to ensure alignment with seasonal and regional demand
Communicate inventory gaps or opportunities that may impact store presentation or visual merchandising
Support execution of new store assortment and inventory builds to ensure alignment with visual and financial goals
Participate in store visits (in person & virtual) to understand store-specific opportunities and challenges in partnership with Retail Field Teams
Work with Logistics and Production partners to resolve external constraints that impact inventory flow to distribution centers and stores.
Support inventory management between retail, ecommerce, and wholesale channels.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including testing enhancements to allocation tools and systems
Support Allocators and Senior Allocators on ad hoc analysis and business needs
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, supply chain, statistics, or related field or equivalent years of experience preferred
1+ years of experience in merchandise planning or inventory management (internships included)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data organization; advanced skills a plus)
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally

The salary range for this role is $63,700 per year - $78,645 per year.
