Inner Circle Agency is hiring on behalf of a well-established independent wealth management firm managing a significant base of assets. The firm specializes in advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients through a highly personalized, planning-first approach that integrates investment strategy, tax planning, and estate coordination.

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior financial advisor to take ownership of complex client relationships while continuing to grow their book of business.
This role is suited for an experienced advisor who brings an established client base and is looking to transition into a more collaborative, well-supported environment where they can focus on advisory work rather than operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
Deliver comprehensive financial planning including tax, estate, and investment strategy
Act as a proactive advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding long-term decisions
Coordinate with external professionals such as CPAs and legal advisors
Transition and integrate existing client relationships into the firm
Continue business development through personal network and referrals
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-touch client experience
Qualifications

Required

10+ years of experience as a financial advisor
Existing portable book of business of $40M+ in client assets
Ability to transition client relationships to a new firm
Not subject to any non-compete or non-solicit restrictions
CFP designation (or equivalent)
Strong experience working with high-net-worth clients
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred

CPA, JD, MBA, or advanced tax/planning credentials
Deep expertise in tax strategy or complex planning scenarios
Experience in a team-based advisory environment
