Salary: $58,240 – $68,640 DOE

Overview of the Staff Accountant Role:

  Maintain accounting records, including general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, and subsidiary ledgers

  Record, review, and analyze transactions within the accounting system

  
  


• 
  

  Perform account reconciliations, including bank and intercompany accounts

  
  


• 
  

  Post monthly, quarterly, and year-end accruals

  
  


• 
  

  Support tax filings and assist with year-end audit requests and documentation

  
  

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

  Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

  Ability to manage priorities and work independently

  Clear written and verbal communication skills

  Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
