Core Responsibilities
• Assist with general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Support month‑end close, including accruals, reporting, and variance analysis
• Provide AP/AR support, ensuring accurate processing and timely issue resolution
• Assist with inventory accounting, cost tracking, and production‑related financial activities
• Maintain organized financial records and support audits and internal control processes
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and full‑cycle accounting
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
