Business Development Manager


CFS is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our award-winning, employee-owned team. This is a client-facing sales role focused on building business relationships, managing accounts, and delivering staffing solutions that make a real impact.


About the Role


As a Business Development Manager, you will:



  • Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia

  • Manage the full business development cycle—from prospecting to closing and account management

  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings

  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Represent CFS with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach

  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience with a track record of success
