Key Responsibilities (Controller):
- Lead and coordinate daily accounting operations across a small team (Staff Accountant, Property Accountants, AP)
- Manage the month-end close process and maintain a structured close calendar
- Oversee tenant billing, CAM/NNN reconciliations, and property-level accounting
Qualifications (Controller):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong month-end exposure preferred
