You'll work directly with our long-tenured Controller (30+ years with the company) and enjoy a clear path to advancement.

What You'll Be Doing:

  Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including GL entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare financial reports and assist in analyzing financial data to drive business decisions

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, job costs, and contract billings

  
  


• 
  

  Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in developing and refining accounting policies and internal controls

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare for annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards

  
  


• 
  

  Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices

  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA a plus)

  
  


• 
  

  4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in construction, real estate, or project-based industries

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of percentage-of-completion accounting and job costing

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in accounting software (experience with [insert specific software if known]) and Excel

  
  


• 
  

  Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a self-starter
