Location: Boca Raton, FL (On‑Site)
Compensation: $75K - $90K

Key Responsibilities of the Construction Accountant:

• Manage construction‑related accounting for multiple active projects


• Handle construction draws, AIA billing, and contract tracking


• Support job costing, budget vs. actual analysis, and vendor payments


• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate construction financial reporting

Requirements of the Construction Accountant:

• Minimum 2 - 4+ years of construction accounting experience


• Experience working with contractors or subcontractors


• Strong exposure to AIA billing, construction draws, and job costing


• ERP experience preferred (Sage Intacct ideal; others considered)


• Degree helpful but not required with sufficient industry experience
