Title: Project Accountant
Location: Boca Raton, FL (On‑Site)
Compensation: $75,000 – 90,000

Key Responsibilities of the Project Accountant:

• Support accounting from pre‑development through active development phases


• Track project costs, soft costs, and development budgets


• Assist with draw applications, reconciliations, and lender reporting


• Manage accounting workflows across multiple project entities

Requirements of the Project Accountant:

• Minimum 2+ years of project accountant experience


• Experience supporting commercial real estate or development projects


• Comfortable managing multiple entities and overlapping timelines


• Background in draw applications, project costing, or pre‑development accounting
