This newly created SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Senior Manager role reports directly to the Assistant Controller and is a key leadership position within the accounting team. 🔍 What You’ll Do as SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Senior Manager:
- Lead the preparation and review of Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
- Ensure compliance with SEC rules and regulations through timely and accurate filings.
- Drive technical accounting research and policy development across global accounting matters.
- Collaborate with senior management and audit committees, and support investor relations and FP&A.
- Oversee internal controls and support SOX 404 governance.
- Review contracts for ASC 606 revenue recognition and assist with acquisition due diligence and purchase accounting.
- Serve as a key liaison to internal and external auditors.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and systems, including software implementation.
🎓 What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; CPA required.
- 6+ years of relevant experience (Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting firm or public company).
- Deep expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting.
- Strong technical accounting memo writing and presentation skills.

Salary range depending on experience $140,000-$170,000 + bonus
