Overview of the Accountant role:
- Responsibilities include tenant billing and invoicing, journal entries, preparing financial reports, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
- Maintain tenant leases, rent calculations, and audit.
- Financial statement analysis.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant role:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in Accounting.
