With a portfolio exceeding $12 billion, the company brings decades of experience across real estate investment, finance, development, construction management, and asset management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, and prepare workpapers for a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties


• Record journal entries as needed


• Reconcile CAM charges, billbacks, and calculate lease escalations


• Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis


• Assist with the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements for investment funds


• Maintain, reconcile, and record monthly accounting from third-party property managers


• Provide backup support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed


• Prepare special reports and assist with projects by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field


• 3+ years of real estate accounting experience


• Strong Excel skills


• Yardi experience highly preferred
