Senior Accountant
A growing real estate organization is looking to hire a Senior Accountant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, is strong in reconciliations, and can manage a tight 5-day close across multiple entities.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle property accounting for multiple real estate entities
- Perform high-volume account reconciliations and detailed balance sheet work
- Lead month-end close over 5 days, including journal entries and variance analysis
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)
- Work closely with operations and property management teams
What We’re Looking For
- 5–6+ years of real estate or property accounting experience
- Strong reconciliation skills and detail-oriented approach
- Proven ability to handle short closes and complex entity structures
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong Excel skills and hands-on accounting mindset
