Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial transaction recording and account reconciliations in line with policies and accounting standards.


• Prepare and review complex journal entries, financial statement components, and consolidations.


• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial reports.


• Collaborate with lenders, investors, auditors, and property managers to provide financial information and resolve issues.


• Support the Assistant Controller and contribute to special projects and process improvements.


• Manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).


• 3+ years of accounting experience.


• Real estate accounting experience preferred.


• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
