Senior Accountant (Consolidations)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (On‑Site)
Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 (Depending on Experience)

We’re partnering with a growing, multi‑entity and multinational manufacturing organization seeking a highly hands‑on, highly technical Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager with deep expertise in financial consolidations. This is a mission‑critical role within the corporate accounting function, supporting financial close, reporting, and consolidation across domestic and international entities.
This position can operate at the Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager level, depending on experience, and offers strong visibility, ownership, and influence in a complex corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations across multiple domestic and international entities
- Produce 3‑statement consolidated financials (Cash Flow, Income Statement, Balance Sheet)
- Review, reconcile, and eliminate intercompany transactions and balances
- Lead or support the month‑end and year‑end close process
- Prepare complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances across manufacturing entities
- Manage and oversee fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals
- Maintain and improve consolidation processes, internal controls, and reporting workflows
- Support external audits, tax requests, and compliance reporting
- Partner with leadership on system implementations and special projects
- Manage and mentor staff, providing guidance, review, and development
Top / Deal‑Breaker / Non‑Negotiable Requirements
Expert‑level experience with multi‑entity and multinational consolidations
3‑statement consolidated financial preparation (Cash Flow, IS, BS)
Manufacturing experience (cost accounting not required)
People management experience
Strong intercompany accounting expertise
Highly hands‑on and highly technical accounting skill set
Fixed assets management experience
Strong communicator with an energetic, collaborative leadership style
Strong Plus ++++
Experience with Prophix, Cognos, Hyperion, or other FP&A / reporting tools
ERP experience with QAD (not a deal breaker)
Experience supporting multinational operations and foreign subsidiaries
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience for Senior Accountant level
- 7+ years with leadership responsibility for Manager level
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP and consolidation system experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting principles
