Senior Accountant

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base + 5% bonus
Location: Fully Remote (Ohio residency required)

Key Responsibilities

• Support M&A workstreams including opening balance sheets, purchase price allocations, and fair value analyses.


• Assist with accounting for joint ventures, investments, and other complex transactions.


• Research and resolve technical accounting matters in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.


• Contribute to consolidated reporting, disclosures, and audit support.


• Improve accounting processes, documentation, and controls connected to ERP rollout and system enhancements.


• Support special projects tied to business growth, integrations, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• CPA or background in public accounting preferred.


• Technical accounting experience—M&A, consolidations, investments, or public company environment.


• Exposure to ERP implementation or major systems transformations.
