What the Full Charge Bookkeeper will do:
- Prepare and issue customer invoices based on shipment activity
- Confirm billing aligns with operational documentation
- Maintain AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices
- Record and apply customer payments accurately
- Accounts Payable invoicing
Qualifications of the Full Charge Bookkeeper:
- 2-7+ years experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support
- Experience in distribution, logistics, food, or inventory-based businesses preferred
- Experience managing AR aging and collections
- Experience matching documentation to financial transactions
