EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities: Generate and issue service invoices, T&M invoices, PM invoices, and project/service sales invoices; Monitor A/R aging reports and identify overdue accounts; Apply customer payments (check, ACH, credit card, lockbox, etc.); Assist with month-end closing, reporting, and financial reconciliations; Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and reduce rework
