Salary: Approximately $88,000 annually

Key Responsibilities for the Purchasing Manager / Director of Administration Support:
- Lead vendor management, including bid creation, evaluation, and vendor selection
- Oversee purchasing operations across multiple facilities and departments
- Manage high-volume purchasing relationships with major suppliers
- Process and monitor purchase orders and invoices using AVID software
- Ensure cost-effective, compliant, and accurate procurement practices
- Escalate and resolve vendor or purchasing issues using sound business judgment
Qualifications for the Purchasing Manager / Director of Administration Support:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management
- Experience with purchase order and invoice processing systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic and transactional work
- Prior support of senior leadership in an operational or administrative role (preferred)
