Purchasing Manager / Director of Administration Support


Salary: Approximately $88,000 annually

Key Responsibilities for the Purchasing Manager / Director of Administration Support:



  • Lead vendor management, including bid creation, evaluation, and vendor selection

  • Oversee purchasing operations across multiple facilities and departments

  • Manage high-volume purchasing relationships with major suppliers

  • Process and monitor purchase orders and invoices using AVID software

  • Ensure cost-effective, compliant, and accurate procurement practices

  • Escalate and resolve vendor or purchasing issues using sound business judgment


Qualifications for the Purchasing Manager / Director of Administration Support:



  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management

  • Experience with purchase order and invoice processing systems

  • Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic and transactional work

  • Prior support of senior leadership in an operational or administrative role (preferred)
