Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Staff Accountant to play a key role in the month-end close process, financial reporting, and audit support. This position offers the opportunity to contribute beyond transactional accounting, with involvement in financial analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Senior Staff Accountant Key Responsibilities:
• Lead key components of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and internal reports
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
