Salary: $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant):Senior Accountant
- Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, and financial reporting
- Manage monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
- Administer employee benefits and 401(k) programs; coordinate with benefit providers
- Support HR processes including payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee onboarding
Qualifications (Senior Accountant): Senior Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Enterprise, NetSuite, or Sage) and Excel
