Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Bonus

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Accountant with a strong foundation in general ledger accounting and GAAP. This individual will play a key role in the month-end close process, financial reporting, and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to leadership
• Assist with inventory and cost accounting functions
Senior Accountant Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
Senior Accountant Personality Fit:
