We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, revenue recognition, and close activities for a technical, project-based organization in the Aurora area.

Compensation: $95K–$105K

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Own portions of the month‑end and quarter‑end close (JEs, reconciliations, variance analysis)


• Prepare GAAP‑compliant financial statements and internal reporting


• Analyze project‑level financials to ensure proper revenue and expense alignment


• Partner with operations on cost tracking and revenue timing


• Assist with audit schedules and documentation


• Identify process improvements and help strengthen controls

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• Strong foundation in GAAP


• Experience in a project‑based and/or multi‑entity environment


• Detail‑oriented with solid communication skills


• Someone motivated to grow into expanded responsibility
