Compensation: $125 – $175/hour DOE

The Opportunity

As an Interim CFO, you’ll oversee the finance and accounting function while partnering closely with ownership and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, assess priorities, and drive clarity across cash flow, reporting, and operations.

What You’ll Do

  Lead finance and accounting operations during a transition period

  Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting

  Deliver timely financial statements and executive reporting

  Strengthen internal controls, processes, and operational efficiency

  Support banking relationships, audits, and outside advisors

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Prior experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Controller, or senior finance executive

  
  


• 
  

  Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and cash management

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lead teams and create structure in changing environments

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or multi-entity operations preferred
