Position: Mortgage Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Originator

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer with a minimum of 3 years of mortgage lending experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing high‑balance and jumbo mortgage transactions ($5–6M+) and working with complex client financial profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and close residential mortgage loans
- Handle high‑value mortgage transactions
- Advise clients on mortgage products and lending solutions
- Ensure compliance with underwriting and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with internal banking and wealth management teams
- Build and maintain client and referral relationships
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of mortgage lending or loan origination experience
- Experience with jumbo or high‑balance loans
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines
- Client‑facing experience with large or complex accounts
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Active NMLS license or ability to obtain
